Used guns may have scratches, dings and/or small cracks in the stock and finish wear, rust and/or pitting on the metal. Inspect pictures, and ask questions, there will be no refunds whatsoever.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm is legal to own in the Buyer’s jurisdiction (I.E., city, state, county). Buyer is subject to all applicable background checks and screening processes required by law and used by the FFL dealer to which the firearm is shipped. No refund will be issued should Buyer fail to qualify.
Any return (if allowed by seller) is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Payment and FFL are due within 7 days or we reserve the right to resell the item and will post you as a non-paying bidder. We accept Bank Certified Checks, USPS Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. This listing is the Cash price. Please add 3% for credit card purchases. Shipping and handling fee is $45.00. We ship FedEx Express insured. In order to ship to Alaska, any Alaska order must include an additional $100.00 in shipping fees ($145.00 total). No sales to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, prohibited by law or outside the continental USA except Alaska. US buyers only.
