The design of the BLR features an aircraftgrade alloy receiver glasssmooth rack and pinion system and multilug rotating bolt that handles many of the most popular magnum cartridges. Its exceptional accuracy comes from its precision machined buttonrifled barrel that puts those faststepping magnum bullets exactly where theyre wanted. It also utilizes a reliable box magazine that protects bullet tips and allows it to fire powerful gamedropping magnum cartridges. The BLR also features a four basic position folddown hammer with two positions at halfcock low profile square notch adjustable rear gold bead on raised ramp front sights heattreated chromoly steel crowned barrel walnut stock with Schnabel forearm and comes with a safety lock. This Lightweight 81 model features a straight stock iron sights and polished metal finish.
