THE CLOCK HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO NORMAL HANDLING AND WEAR OVER MANY YEARS , BUT ALSO HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED MECHANICALLY AND TAKEN CARE OF OVER THOSE YEARS . THESE COIL AND ROTOR MOTORS ARE MADE TO LAST, AND EASILY MAINTAINED EVEN TODAY THE CORD AND PLUG COULD BE ORIGINAL , AND ABOUT 5' LONG .....
WE PICTURED THE MOTOR AND ROTOR AND OILED IT WHERE NEEDED . IT LOOKS AND SOUNDS GOOD AND PROOF THEY WERE MADE TO LAST A LONG TIME THE HAND ADJUSTER IS ON THE BOTTOM , AND WORKS GOOD EITHER WAY .
